ORDERS & SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

Once an order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link.

How long does shipping take?

Once you place an order for in-stock items, it will ship within 3 business days. Shipping will take 4-6 days. You will receive an email notification once your order ships with tracking information.

For made-to-order blankets, once an order is placed it will take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

How long will it take to receive Made to Order items?

Our Made to Order blankets take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Can I cancel or edit my order?

There is a 2-hour cancellation window for all orders. To cancel your order, login to your account and go to "Order History". Find the order you would like to cancel and click on the "Cancel/Edit Address" link. Follow the steps to cancel your order. You can also locate the order confirmation email sent to the email address used to place the order. Click on "View Your Order", then click on either the "Cancel" button on the order page.

If your order has already been processed after the 2-hour window then you will not be able to cancel or edit.

You cannot add or remove individual items from an order after it has been placed.

Can I change my shipping address?

You have 24 hours to update your shipping address. To do so, login to your account and go to "Order History". Locate the order that requires a new shipping address and click the "Cancel/Edit Address" link.

You can also locate the order confirmation email sent to the email address used to place the order. Click on "View Your Order", then click on either the "Change Shipping Address" button on the order page.

If your order has already been processed after the 24hr hour window then you will not be able to edit your shipping address.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders currently ship from Greensboro, NC.

I forgot to use a discount code, can it still be applied?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes to already placed orders. However, you can cancel your order within the 2 hour cancellation window and place the order again using the discount code.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I start a return?

You will need an account to return an item. If you do not already have an account, you can create one using the same email used to place your order. To place the return, login to your account, go to "Orders & Returns" and then to "Return or Replace Items." Complete the return request. You will receive an automated email including a shipping label. Please package all items carefully and secure the shipping label to the outside of the package, and take to the relevant courier.

What is your return policy?

Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the below requirements are met:

- All original packaging, including all tags and/or boxes must be included with the return.

- All items must be in their original condition. Blankets can be washed or used but must be in good condition.

- Final sale promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

4) Made to Order blankets are subject to a $30 restocking fee for storage and handling.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days for the funds to show in whichever account was used to place the order.

If we do not receive the returned item or you did not use the provided return label, we cannot process the return unless you are able to provide proof the item was shipped and delivered using tracking information. If we do not receive the returned item and tracking information shows the item was never sent, then we will request you file a claim with the carrier for a lost package before we can process the refund or exchange.

Can I get a refund to a different card if my card is canceled, lost, expired or stolen?

Unfortunately, we can only issue refunds to your original payment method.

How long does it take for my return to process?

Once the package is received and weighed by the carrier, please allow 5 business days for the refund to be issued. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed, and then you will receive the refund within a few days.
